3Services Provided

• Stablecoin wallet (USDT, USDC, cUSD).
• Payments and remittances (cross-border, P2P, merchant).
• Treasury tools (APIs, dashboards).
• Fiat integration (e.g., M-Pesa).

4User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and KYC information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Use services only for lawful purposes (no fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions violations).

5Fees & Charges

We may charge transaction fees, integration fees, or yield-sharing percentages. Fees are disclosed at the point of transaction or in our pricing schedule.

6Risks

• Stablecoin value depends on issuers and blockchain networks.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• Regulatory environments may change.
• You acknowledge that using Koinflow involves financial risk.

7Compliance & Monitoring

We comply with AML/CFT, CBK, and other regulatory frameworks. Transactions may be monitored, blocked, or reported if suspicious.

8Intellectual Property

All Koinflow trademarks, designs, and software are owned by Koinflow Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Required by law/regulation.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

10Limitation of Liability

• Losses due to blockchain delays, hacks, or third-party failures.
• Currency volatility or network outages.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya (or your relevant jurisdiction).
